Dark lips!
Hello, I have dark pigmentation on the complete upper lip and corners of the lower lip. the center of the lower lip is pink. This is not by birth. The pigmentation has increased from past 10-12 years. My lips are almost black now. I used several medications and lip balms with SPF but no improvement. Could you please tel what other options would help? I have heard of Qtip laser. Will this work for me? If yes, where can I get this treatment in Bangalore and what would be the price?
