Hello doctor, My inner thighs are a little dark as compared to my skin tone also undergo chaffing every 2-3days, needed to inquire if this is a common prob, and any cure avlble?

I think little pigmentation is negligible as this area is exposed to lot of friction U need to worry if it's itching
