Dark, flaky skin on penis

Asked for Male, 20 Years

I had a circumcision 24 days ago and had a dressing on for 21 days. After I took it off, I noticed a lot of black flaky skin on the skin of my penis. I was able to wash a lot of it away but there's still some there that isn't going away. What do I do?
