Skin tone depends on the melanin in the skin. The more melanin more akin tone will be dark. Weight loss or fatloss has nothing to do with skin tone. Focus on healthy eating, mindful eating, drink good amount of water, also check your skin routine once. Acne can be manage with good balanced diet. Skin tone can be improved with good nutrition.

Gud morning,pls have a healthy balanced diet along with some forms of exercises daily for minimum of 30mins,drink plenty of water,reduce stress and sleep early for a healthy glowing skin.
