  4. Dark dry patches near mouth. It back?

Dark dry patches near mouth
Hi Since past 1 year I am getting some dry dark patches near my lips and chin . I consulted a doc once and the ointment given reduced it a lot but it was never gone and now it had come back . What is the remedy for this and is there any ping of food or chemical which is bringing it back ?
