Dark circles
I have had dark circles for 7 and not just under my eyes but all around them. They are very dark I eat very healthy, no junk food, exercise regularly and always smiling but the skin around my eyes is very dark and dull. Should I use retinol or a vitamin c cream, if yes which one do you recommend?. Thank you.

Dark circles need to be evaluated and targeted specifically.Dark circles around the eyes at your age is unusual and could indicate an insulin resistance Peels like glycolic acid and lactic acid  will help in lightening. Dermapen in combination with mesotherapy also helps. You may need oral medications. Consult a skin specialist ..
