Dark Circles
Hi.. I will sleep daily 6-7 hours also I will apply under eye cream last one year.. but still my dark circles not clearing.. it looks my face old.. plz help me how to get rid.. tried all branded creams too..

you need special creams for massage and application of face by courier costing approx 1000 per month and till then do 500 kapal bhati and bhasrika anulom vilom pranayam and half hour daily yoga,and avoid all too dry spicy fast food and cold liquids as they will increase your vata and other problems indirectly
