Dark circles are visible below of my eyes. What treatment can be done to clear it? Tried by using scrubs but not improving.

First of all try to maintain a stress free and constant sleep patterns get enough sleep before waking up like 7 to 8H daily preferably at the same time every day like sleeping at 12 amd waking up at 8 every day use cool mask and skin whitening cream under eyes every day before you sleep try it for a week and then thank me

Give your eyes rest from screen time for few minutes every hour. Hydrate well and have a set time to go to bed. Eat vitamin rich healthy food and avoid stress.
