Is laser treatment for dark circle is for men's is safe and it will cure it permanently as I have intense black dark circle under eye I used gels to cure this but till the condition is same

Dark circles are usually due to dryness or nutritional defficiencyor exposure to sun or mental stress etc until the underlying cause is treated they are likely to reoccur again.
