Hello Dr. ,I have under eye dark circles since my childhood. I am 22 now. I don't have lack of sleep and tension either. I drink plenty of water and eat lots of fruit, still I face same problem. Will you please suggest good solution for my problem?

Allergic tendencies and eye strain can cause under eye darkness. This has to be evaluated. You may use a sunscreen with SPF 15 and above and a pH balanced cleansing lotion. You may moisturise the eyelids at night. Consult a dermatologist.

Dark circle since chilhood may indicate certain specific nutritional deficiencies or hereditary aspects. In either case it would help to consult a dermatologist for proper solution. Depending upon severity or actual required you may be prescribed some creams and/ or procedure.
