Dark, bumpy skin patches!

Asked for Female, 22 Years

Hi, I've got these small, dark, bumpy and slightly raised skin patches on my arms - it almost looks a bit like chafed skin, however, they're in places that wouldn't chafe (such as near my elbows). They neither hurt or itch but are starting to make me feel concerned and self conscious, especially as I seem to keep noticing more develop?
