  4. Dark brown spots at back. Remove spots.

Dark brown spots at back
Hi My back is completely covered with dark brown spots. And skin looks very bad. Consulted dermatologist, they advised few creams. But nothing really cleared my skin. Kindly advise me as it's been more than 3 years m trying hard to remove spots.
