Dark brown spot on face

Asked for Male, 42 Years

I m having dark brwon round spot on my face for the last more than one year. One small splt is started apearing also since six months. Alos ia have eye bags and puffy eyeas some times.I consulted a doctor .she suggested co2 laser removal. I m not interested in laser .kindly suggest some cream or medicine.
