Dandruff, red bumps on scalp
Dandruff with red bumps on scalp. After shower they are seen as red bumps and later when dried it turns into dandruff flakes. I have used selsun, head n shoulder, patanjali dandruff control but it's not helping.
Even loosing hairs too.
