I have a major dandruff and acne Issues from many months. I thought that in days the problem will solve automatically but the problem will not solve and my hair loss stated so kindly help me Pls.

You are suffering from fungal acne due to Dandruff.
A proper examination is needed to see whether your beard , ears , shoulder and back are also involved. In any case an antifungal course is required , with involved a good antifungal shampoo as well.
