Dandruff is more of a life long problem. It can only be controlled and there is no permanent cure for it. Please start using arcolane shampoo (ketoconazole) three times a week. Gently massage the shampoo and keep on the head for 3 minutes before washing off. For hairfall, consult your trichologist. It requires long term treatment.

Dandruff is a chronic, but a very common problem, you can try using an antifungal shampoo containing ketoconazole. for hair fall, i think you need to thoroughly examined by a Dermatologist before giving any treatment. Hair supplements containing biotin can if taken for some time, it will help with your hair fall.
