Second :- use keto mach shampoo easily available at every medical store.its an allopathy shampoo but it has very good results in dandruff.
:- maintain healthy diet plans.

Need pic of ur scalp...it maybe seborrheic psoriasis or normal dandruff also...usually people misunderstood these 2....
