Doctor,there is a lot of dandruff in my head .it is coming very fast after 3 days.plz suggest solution to this problem and best shampoo which should I use?plz tell the full name of shampoo.. Thnks

Use ketolonazole shampoo alternate day scalp wash. Apply for 15 mins on scalp tahan wast it out. Don't apply anykond of oil on head
