Daily Eye Care Practices to avoid dryeye
Hi All, I am a normal 30 year old individual and is an IT professional and have to work around 9-10 hours daily. Due to this, I face irritation in my eyes and dryness also on daily basis. I follow doing some eye exercises and morning eye wash also also but still there are not helpful . Please suggest for some daily hygiene techniques in Ayurveda to avoid such issues. Thanks

Apply I Tone Eye Drops, 2 drops on each eyelids, twice daily. It will reduce your dry eyes due to prolong use of laptop and improve vision.. Continue eye excerise.
