Hi All,
I am a normal 30 year old individual and is an IT professional and have to work around 9-10 hours daily.
Due to this, I face irritation in my eyes and dryness also on daily basis.
I follow doing some eye exercises and morning eye wash also also but still there are not helpful .
Please suggest for some daily hygiene techniques in Ayurveda to avoid such issues.

Continue eye excerise.
This is very common among all it professionals but u can solve this problem,
Take break from atleast 5 min at every 15 min/30 min
Use any good lubricant drops
Or take sitting for eye tarpan in ayurveda
