D defficiency
My age 19 years.six years back I faced jaundice 16 points .I took ayurvedic medicine by doctor.After one month jaundice cured.after few days I suffered both legs pain and hip joint pain.i was consult orthopedic doctor he did the MRI scanning.report result shows I had  D defficiency.Doctor gave me D vitamin capsules and calcium supplements.my leg slightly crossed.six years onwards oftenly I was taking calcium.currently Iam suffering slightly legs pain and leg cross.pls give advice and medication ,exsercise.

The present condition of leg pain may be associated with muscle spasm alongwith vit d and calcium deficiency. You may get your Vit D3 levels checked since there is a doubt.

You can start with hot fomentation,  take analgesic with muscle relaxant tablet, apply analgesic ointment over the site of pain. You can start with Quadriceps, Hamstrings, Calf muscle exercises for strengthening..
