Cystic acne
Cystic acne painful on face mostly on chin and chick sm time forhead I have constipation and stmoch pain after eating sm time I was positive for Hpylori.and completed medicine. I been to dermatologist but still keep coming and I am put on birthcontrol pills due to cystic condition leads to irregular period, but now regular after Birth control pills.

Pcos associated acne start improving once harmones get regularized , but not only with ocp. Need further intervention to resolve cystic acne early otherwise they tend to give ugly scars. Isotretinoins in appropiate candidate can give early remission. Apart from that acne evacuation surgery may be required as well as ILS for individual cysts my be helpfull
