Cyst or Rash

Asked for Male, 25 Years

These rash are on her nose for the last 1 year. To cure this, she has taken some allopathic medicine. Then homeopathy medicine for 3 months, the doctor told her that it is cyst but still no sign of improvement. Please check the images attached and suggest what is exact issue and also suggest medication/cure for it.
