Cyst on penile shaft

Asked for Male, 19 Years

I have a cyst suddenly pop up on the underside of the penile shaft (yes I'm serious), it is sore, causing discomfort. I've applied warm compresses and it has now came to a whitehead. Do I continue the compresses until it drains? Do I pop it? Should I go to the doctor?
