Cyst on inner side of eyelid

Asked for Male, 32 Years

I have a cyst on the inner side of my eyelid, in the corner my right eye (towards nose side) since last night. It's causing irritation when I blink my eye and also eye has become red. Is there an eye drop or medicine I shall apply/take.
