I did an ultrasound today. I did not have periods for past 2 Mths. I just have spotting for over a day or two. Ultrasound showed a SIMPLE cyst which measures 6.4*5.2 CMS. I need a non surgical option. I had a cyst in 2015 which was 7.3 CMS. After the d prescribed M2Tone tabs, I had regular periods until now. Report reads "
UTERUS is anteverted and normal in size.
It has uniform myometrial echopattern.
Endometrial thickness measures 6mm.
Uterus measures as follows:
LS: 7.5cms AP: 3.0cms TS: 4.5cms.
Right ovary is normal in size, shape and echotexture. No focal lesion seen.
Right ovary: 2.9 x 1.7cms
In the left adnexal cyst lesion measuring about 6.4 x 5.2cms is noted extending anterior to the uterus. Left ovary is not seen separately. No mural nodule or increased vascularity seen.
No evidence of free fluid in the pelvis.
IMPRESSION:
LEFT ADNEXAL CYSTIC LESION PROBABLY LEFT OVARIAN SIMPLE CYST.
