Repeat ultrasound after stoppage of bleeding if still cyst persists wait for next period and repeat scan on day 5. Ask gynecologist to hive medicines to resolve cyst. Don't go for clomid cycle without doing scan on second day and if cyst is there. Consult ayurvedic gynecologist for preconception detoxification Panchakarma treatment and ayurvedic medicines with modification in diet and lifestyle which will help you to restore metabolism naturally and repair hormonal Imbalance and eventually help you to conceive soon.

Hello The exact USG findings will be needed to give opinion. Any cyst more than 3 CMS need excision. But a simple cyst won't require surgery. As regards to your fertility please visit reproductive endocrinologist as you have already tried twice and failed
