Please confirm the size as in ultrasonography report ovarian cyst size given is in mm.. mili metre...if its so its very small cyst..if its in cm centimeters..its very large..need. Surgery

You need to get done an MRI for confirmation of nature of cyst..
If its a dermoid definitely surgery s indicated.
For endometrioma trial of medications cn be given

Its a big cyst, though not clear from ultrasound what kind of cyst it is. Ca 125 is normal. You should get surgery done , it can be done laparoscopically, quick recovery
