  3. Cyst in Ovary. Take? any other advice?

My friend's sister has cyst in ovary. She has been advised of operation and given the following medicines- Metronidazole Deoxycen Eurodros 80 Desogestrel and Ethinylestradiol Tablets USP Please suggest, Can this condition be cured without going for operation? Are the medicines prescribed safe to take? Any other advice? Reports attached.

If the cyst size is less than 7cm then there is no need for operation if it's a functional cyst like hemorrhagic cyst
