Cyst in ovaries
I was a pcod patient was under krimson 35 till feb , on April had unprotected sexual intercourse on7th day of period n took ipill on the same day that was 29th April , got withdrawal bleeding on 7th may and then periods on 11 June , periods lasted for only 4 days.... went for an ultrasound on 27th June and the repost shows cysts on ovaries and consulted a gyane she said my ovulation have stopped , please can you tell me is it because of ipill? And it will be treated right ? What measure should I take ? The usg report is attached

There is no documentation in the ultrasound saying that  the ovalution tion has stopped

Usg findings are suggestive of PCOD You can take crimson 35 for 2-3 cycles from your next menses
