A year back I got an ultrasound done for my left testicle as has a cyst of about 4mm and the urologist tell me. There's nothing to worry about and said no treatment required but it's been a year and the cyst is still there is this normal or that can convert into a tumour.. Just need a second opinion from any urologist.. Thank you

The epididymal cyst happens in many men. In most cases they do NOT need surgery unless there is severe discomfort, pain or it increases in size. Usually it does not turn into tumour.
