Right testicle hard
My right testicle is hard and it hurts soemtimes when i don't wear underwear and when i masturbate. when i physically examined the testicle i found some nerves like on the back of testicle. I had ultrasound done and it was normal and had my urine tests done that was normal too what can it be please help.

Hard. Testis may be torsion or cancer Do scrotal Doppler and consult urologist
