Sebaceous cysts are formed when the pore on the skin gets clogged and sebum accumulates in the gland in the skin layers. This is usually harmless and it may cause only visual embarrassment. If you squeeze it off, small sebaceous cysts of few milimeters may get flattened. But it is better to get examined by any surgeon who will remove it under proper anesthesia .
Next Steps
Meet a nearby surgeon and get examined. Do NOT try stunts and get it excised by any quacks or non qualified doctors. if the skin gets infected it may also infect the scrotum and its contents namely the testes. So be aware and meet the right doctor
Health Tips
Sebaceous cyst formation shows that perhaps the scrotal area needs more careful cleaning and exfoliation. At bath every man should wash his scrotum thoroughly as this part gets seldom sexposed and the sweat from groin, chest migrates to the underwear area through seepage. So good cleaning is essential. If you are the kind who sweat a lot, you may benefit from twice daily bathing too
