Asked for Male, 22 Years

I had a pidoniadal cyst. I haven't got it removed. That was painless. Few days back I got one more pus formation under that cyst, I thought it as a normal thing that will go on its own. It is painful and hard formation on my skin. What should I do? Which doctor to look for?
