Cyclic episodes of Depression and Anxiet

Asked for Male, 38 Years

Doctor had previously diagnosed me with depression and anxiety...infact chronic depression. The prescribed medecine worked but these cycles repeat every year around the same time though not with such intensity but nevertheless I want to get rid of this
