Cuts and Swollen on penis while Penetrai
Hi Doctor,
From 2 to 3 weeks I am observing cuts on the shaft both sides while penetrating after intercourse penis side will become swollen and red and having pain.
Can i know what is issue it is annoying and i have circumscied penis Please help
