Liver in normal span there is e/o multiple tiny hypointense lession scattered at both lobes of liver largest is at right lobe of segment vlll 18.6*16.3 mm in size.cect inartrial dominant phase revels intense nodular enhancement which appears to be discontinous and centripetal in nature s/o multiple carvenous hemangioma intraheptic biliary radicles appear normal Bilateral extrarenal flabby pelvis seen Stomach back and side pain is there and feeling full after eating ..is these reports are normal

Lesions could be multiple hemangiomas which most of time can be observed with follow up scan. More history and some base line investigations are required
