Multiple enlarged lymphnodes are seen in the perigastric ,aortacaval and paraortic region with central non-enhancing area suggestive of necrosis largest of these measures 17 x 16 mm. Visualised opacified stomach and intestinal loops appears normal.No evidence of bowel wall thickening of luminal narrowing.

But your quoted lines suggest that lymph nodes (masses) with necrosis are enlarged and it could be due to tuberculosis, need to be discussed .

necrotic lymph node enlargement may be due to multiple causes, but you need to get proper diagnosis as they are highly suggestive of cancer , but there may be other aetiologies eg infectious (abdominal tb) etc so get proper assessment by a surgeon as more information is required eg your symptoms your general physical condition any fever associated any history of bleeding etc
