As per pic its looks healed scar. Pain is very subjective. In some patients mild pain remains and come & go and it persist for few seconds and sometimes it's like a mild electric shock due to nerve. Itching is due to healing process. As times passes intensity decreases and go away. Start doing regular work step by step. But if your pain/itching is too much, it required a physical examination and accordingly abdominal scar ultrasonography so better to consult your obstetrician.
