I conceived 2 baby boys by IVF last year. They are now 6 months old. My elder twin cries every night on alternate days. He was prescribed tummy soft drops twice a day and a medicine which is to be given in milk. This gave him relief for some days. He was checked thoroughly by the dr who said everything is fine.
Also he is not tumbling on his tummy whereas my younger twin does that. He had done that earlier for sone days on his own but now he is not doing it. Although he does other activities. Please help with the crying.
Also he has about 4oz of nan pro 1. His feed is given after every 4 hours. But sometimes he takes it and sometimes he doesn't.
Please help

It is very difficult to answer it straight , because of one simple fact that crying is a very vague and common symptom. Cause of which are a lot , so it needs a proper examination.
As you have told that your doc has told that it is nothing serious then it could be some minor issue like COLICKY PAIN.
As per the feeds along with milk better start complementary feeds in the form of semi solids.
