CRP and ESR
I have body pain from past 2 months and mild fever (99-99.5 F). Got my blood test done and i was diagnosed with Vitamin D deficiency i.e. 23.6 ng/ml. Have a very stiff neck and shoulder swelling from past 15 days, per the orthopedic instructions did a X-ray done  and cervical kyphosis was detected. I have a sitting job of 10-12 hours and i do a Night shifts. All the reports are normal like RBC, JAUNDICE and TYPHOID is negative, platelet count is normal, urine report is normal. My concern here is my CRP is 157 and my ERS is 90 and my WBC count is 10000. Is it a sign of some cancer related issues. I am very much concerned PS - I am a very mild smoker (3-4) cigarettes a day and alcohol is once in 2-3 months. Please help My CRP an

Needs physical examination by cancer surgeon. Based on your reports it is difficult to say

Smoking can cause elevated ESR and CRP.. seems like you have arthritia.. Meet a rheumatologiat for evaluation of elevated CRP and stiff joints.. Meet a oncologiat for cancer screening ..but cancer is rare at thia age ...
