Hello, If the crown is putting pressure on the adjacent tooth the fit of the crown may be an issue. Ideally a good crown should not be tight.
Next Steps
You need to get an x-ray to check the fit of the crown. The crown may have to be changed.
Health Tips
If it is a new crown in the mouth you could wait for a a couple of days and if the crown still feels tight then you should surely visit your dentist.
