Crocin Pain relief during breastfeeding
Unable to wait till dawn to check with doctors.

I am a breastfeeding mother. By mistake consumed Crocin pain relief tablet at 10pm yesterday and breastfed 1year old kid at 11pm. Once I realised and found from internet that "crocin pain relief" is not recommended for breastfeeding mothers, i stopped breastfeeding when child wakes up midnight.
Now, its 6 hours after having tablet.
Query:
How long does the effect of tablet stay in milk?
Should i pump out milk to avoid the medicinal effect in milk ?

A single dose will now not cause any untoward effect on your baby, but refrain from using it again. If used skip feeding the baby atleast for four hours. Better to use plain pcm.
