Cremaffin/duphalac doesnt work

Asked for Male, 25 Years

Im suffering from fissure. Doctor gave me lactulose. Syrup but it doesnt work after 5 days doctor change it with cremaffin i take it 40 ml after dinner but it still doesnt work. Rectal bleeding persist. Kindly give some advice on it

The syrup is stool softener and it softens the stools. If u strain for passing stools again and again none will. Work. And if there is severe pain then you need to apply ointment. If it doesn't settle go and meet a a surgeon who will examine and if need a surgery will be done
