Creatinine level is 171 and GFR 43
Recently got my reports with abnormal kidney function with creatinine level is high 171 and GFR is low with 43. Is it risky? What should I take care in diet? I am taking daily 2 tablets of hydroxyquinine for rheumatoid arthritis effect. Should I continue this medicine?

Creatinine level is high and GFR is low.
Get consultation with a nephrologist regularly both for treatment of the cause and to lessen the harmful effects of raised nitrogenous products.
Restriction of protein in diet,avoiding nephrotoxic drugs, avoiding infection&obstruction are the few general principals
