Hello, Creatinine can rise for multiple reasons Most common causes r diabetes and hypertension Stones sometime cause renal injury... If not treated in time Fever could be due to non renal causes So u need to do this --- Contact a nephrologist immediately 1. He will first try to understand her situation and the cause and treat her accordingly 2. He will also try to find the cause of fever n of required would involve a physician too 3. If urological cause is found a urologist may get involved too... Best wishes
