I want suggestion from you about Diet in daily life, or treatment suggestion. 1. One and half year back my mom got heart attack. she gone for angio graphy and angioplasty. While during angiography, one block found in heart than as per doctor advice we go for angioplasty (they put the one stents). 2. After then every six months we gone for the medical checkups and get report about her health. Her report is fine. 3. But Few months back again we gone for the regular medical checkups and we found in her blood report about creatinine 2.47. Here doctor say sometime because of heavy medication creatinine level shows high. And if you stop that medicine it can be reverse and your kidney become healthy. 4. We have taken nephrologist advice and he has suggested some medicine and diet plan. After the treatment is started, again we gone for the blood report and we found creatinine down 1.79. 5. In latest report my mom creatinine level is 1.59. my mom creatinine is going low then why swelling issue

Creatinine level increases in conditions affecting kidney and even muscle bulk loss or side effects of medication...we need to calculate the eGFR and decide upon the kidney status...need to review the current medicine list to find the offender if any...check the overall health ststus and nutrition too....
