Sarawatharistham - 15ml with 5 ml water twice daily after food. Stresscom caps - 2 caps twice daily after food with milk. Himasagara Taila- Apply 3 drops on ur scalp everyday while going to bed. Lifestyle Modifications: I wud also suggest to give sometime for urself by going for a walk for 30mins, Pranayama.
