Patient has been suffering from kidney problem which is recovering now. Decrease in creatinine is a very good sign. It means kidney function is improving well. We have to give time for the kidney function to recover fully. May be another two weeks. Repeat a creatinine, with urine test after two weeks. If creatinine comes to normal, no need of any further treatment. If creatinine is still above normal, pt may need further treatment with medicines
Next Steps
Repeat a creatinine, with urine and ultrasound test after two weeks. will help to confirm whether it was Acute kidney injury or Chronic kidney disease
