Hi, i am regular gym goes and i take whey protein supplement. There is a new brand of whey protein which has natural flavouring and no artificial flavours, so i am interested in it. But that brand contains creatine HCL of 1.5gm in it. So taking creatine HCL of that amount year around is good or bad. Please explain.
